Gerri Bauhaus Williams graduated from Scripps College, Claremont, CA. She obtained her teaching credential from California State College, Los Angeles. After teaching adult education classes for a time, she traveled overseas with her husband, living in Bangkok, Thailand and the Middle East. Her photos have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, and her artwork is spread around the world. Her graphic style comes from studies at Pasadena College, Pasadena, CA., after returning to the United States when she produced the EVENTS CALENDAR for Pasadena's Old Town. ​​​​
